A few words on the wonders of Páté

High quality pâtés like ours are a delicious way of enjoying a meal. If you haven’t seen it for yourself yet, just wait for your dog’s first taste, and you’ll know what we’re talking about. Besides its many qualities in taste and texture, a pâté offers a range of nutritional benefits by virtue of its high water content. We won’t bore you with the evolutionary background of it or list all of the many benefits, but we will allow ourselves to mention just a few of them in order to open your eyes
to the wonders of pâté:

1. It offers superior nutrient absorption as the nutrients are delivered in ‘wet form’.

2.It’s easier to chew, has an easier passage through the stomach, and on top of that is easier to break down – all resulting in a gentler digestion.

3.Thanks to its high water content, pâté naturally helps your dog to stay hydrated. It’s ideal for those with a tendency to forget to drink enough water throughout the day.

4. This is a type of food that is suitable for all stages of life, including those where you have less or no teeth.

5. Pâté can be made more gently, at a lower temperature.

6. Low in starch, rich in meat and cooked at a lower temperature, Essential pâté is more than BOF-approved with the aim of keeping your dog’s blood sugar levels stable.
